Support the Blenheim Triathlon Kensal Tri participants who have chosen to represent and fundraise for the Brent Centre for Young People. Partcipants will commit to completing the various challenges of the triathlon to raise money and awareness for youth mental health, by supporting this important cause participants are helping to end the mental health crisis currently gripping the United Kingdom.

Kensal Tri is a physical activity community group based in the Borough of Brent that encourages people to be active and engage in various personal challenges at their own pace, all the meanwhile helping raise money for local charities. The group has raised over £350,000 since 2021. Kensal Tri warmly welcomes new members and is actively seeking additional participants to join the Brent Centre for Young People Blenheim Triathlon team. The triathlon caters to beginners, offering participants the choice of attempting a range of different challenges at various levels of difficulty.

Each year, the Brent Centre for Young People reaches over 800 young people through a diverse range of mental health services and projects. By offering free support to young people, we empower them to overcome barriers and challenges, enabling them to live enriching and rewarding lives, as all young people deserve.
